Are you planning a research project and would like to learn project management methods which can be applied in the planning and execution of research projects? You want to support your young researchers and give them an understanding of project management in research projects? In this workshop, the basics of project management will be presented and related to research projects. Using practical examples, challenges and opportunities of project management in the context of research projects will be identified and discussed.
